Oliva is a Librarian at St. Ignatius University Kabale. She holds a Bachelor of Library and Information Science of Kabale University and Masters in  Information Science ongoing.

Oliva is a member of Uganda Library and Information  Association (ULIA) joined 2023, she has participated in several research dissemination workshops that makes her gain the necessary experience in the library and information science activities, she has served in the position of the Assistant Librarian for a reasonable time of Ten (10) years at Uganda Martyrs Universiy, Currently she is  Secretary of the Procurement and Construction Committees of St. Ignatius University Kabale.
