Dr. Nancy Magloire is the Quality Assurance Officer at St. Ignatius University – Kabale. She was commissioned by Lay Mission-Helpers Association of the United States of America to the Diocese of Kabale.

Dr. Nancy Magloire has worked in K-12 Education for over 23 years and has been working in Higher Education for over 6 years. She has held several positions within education such as instructional supervisor, instructional specialist, school-based administrator, department chair, curriculum developer and teacher. In her career she has established partnerships with Industry Partners, Higher Education Institutions and Government Agencies to extend teaching & learning, gain accreditation, and attain student certifications.

Dr. Magloire has led the design and implementation of several programmes across a district, consistent of 24 high schools. She is highly experienced in leadership, career and technical education programme establishment, institutional monitoring and evaluation.
