Dr. Catherine Promise Biira is the University Secretary, St. Ignatius University Kabale.

Her experience drives to Driven Development, Regional Integration and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 15 years’ cumulative professional experience in a Government Parastatal, Higher Education, Private Sector and Civil Society. She is proficient in Qualitative Research, Collaborative Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Advocacy for governance, higher education, population and development and regional integration.

Dr. Catherine Promise Biira is highly experienced and has invested in institutional development, inspiring community agency and social transformation; and training and motivating teams in professional and social contexts. She has accomplished panelist and speaker in several international symposia; skilled at networking and building partnerships. She is deeply altruistic, adaptable, honest, resilient, empathetic and results oriented leader.
